FRANKLIN GA – Captain Billy retired on Saturday, April 30, 2011 which was the last night of business. Their Facebook reads, We are sad to go, but all good things must come to an end. We are all on a new journey now. Thanks from the staff for being so devoted to us, we always tried to return the favor by having the best tasting food with the best service. Hope we did our jobs.
