First Tuesday Mall Upgrades In The Near Future

IMG_0689

RCG ventures has informed The Carrollton Menu that First Tuesday Mall will undergo a major beautification project. A few of the major changes include the front of buildings to be upgraded and there will be several new retailers that will enter the shopping center in the coming months. Basically the shopping center will be modernized. A new retail store is close to signing a lease for the former Fred’s location. We expect to know the name of the new retail store soon. The total renovation process of the shopping center should take no longer than a year to complete. According to RCG Ventures the shopping center is now known as First Tuesday Center. The upgrades will be similar to RCG’s other property Tower Plaza on Bankhead Hwy. Ollie’s and Badcock Home Furnishings recently were added to the roster at Tower Plaza. The Dollar Tree in First Tuesday Center is scheduled to open at the end of June and is currently hiring. Special thanks to the leasing rep, Mr. Kalvert for this information about the center upgrades. A complete list of retail spaces available can be seen at this link, http://rcgventures.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/FirstTuesdayCenter_Brochure9.pdf

Other News: Mr. Kalvert also tells us that the former Wendy’s space is still available for leasing, however there is interest from a few parties.
