According to OPEN construction bidding records, Panda Express is planning to build a location in Oxford, Alabama. The documents state that the location is at I-20 and Leon Smith Parkway / Oxford Commons. The new fast food unit would include a drive-thru. However the City of Oxford has not confirmed this information. Panda Express has grown in popularity over the past several years and has been serving Fast Chinese Food for over 30 years.
