Just a few months ago we told you about a new Holiday Inn Express building in Carrollton which will replace the current one near Kroger. Now it’s Villa Rica’s turn for a Holiday Inn Express. Dermo Realty just finished with the closing sale of this piece of property directly behind Liberty Chevrolet in Villa Rica. The new hotel will be built behind Liberty Chevrolet off Hickory Level Road in Villa Rica. As for the new Holiday Inn Express in Carrollton, we spoke to City of Carrollton Engineer Tommy Holland, who tells us that a utility contractor is bidding on site utility work. The new Carrollton Holiday Inn Express will be located on Highway 27 South between South Park Plaza and Aldi. Hopefully we can bring you more details on that very soon.
